How Old for a Swingers Club? Guest Age on the Floor

Why the age limit stays at 18

Article 10 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code makes it clear: a person is of legal age upon turning eighteen. Clubs also run bars, bringing the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety into play, which prohibits selling or serving alcohol to minors. Whenever in doubt, staff have the right to request proof of age.

The 18-year requirement therefore aligns with the statutory age of majority and alcohol laws. However, that doesn't exempt you from following house rules that set the threshold at 21. Both variants are fully binding, as private venues set their own admission policies.

Who Will You Find Inside?

On 5 December 2023, Wirtualna Polska covered an interview of Gravitacja's owners with "Wysokie Obcasy". In their own words as reported by the editors, regular guests and partygoers are usually between 30 and 50 years old.

This self-reported data comes from a single club and a single conversation, though it also backs up observations from real attendees of swinger parties shared on the Wink3r blog. That makes it a repeatedly confirmed age range for the average attendee.

That is how Jacuzzi Club describes the crowd that newcomers join. The club notes that some guests are younger and some older. It also emphasizes the selective profile of its crowd and points out that invitations are not guaranteed. They even make clear that an invite can be revoked if questions come up. Jacuzzi is upfront about entry: the venue selects and curates its guests. Beyond age alone, think about what you want from your visit, as well as your appearance and personal etiquette. Keep both high, and the doors will open.

As long as younger guests look sharp and bring good manners, they can look forward to plenty of interest and an amazing time.

Age Gap in a Couple

In that same German sample of couples, the median age gap is +3 years, with the man being older by that amount. A negative value reflects an older woman, reaching −5 years in the bottom five percent of couples. The top five percent reaches +13 years, meaning the man is older there too.

No local law or club policy in the table above sets a limit on the age difference between two adults of legal age. It is entirely a personal matter between two partners. As long as both meet the minimum entry age, the gap will not be an issue. When there is a notable age difference, the younger partner is often the one to take the lead in convincing their partner to try swinging. Gravitacja and Love Club add an explicit ban on rude remarks toward other guests to their list of rules. Neither club tolerates comments about someone's age, appearance, or outfit. Even without such explicit wording, disrespectful behavior is never tolerated. Swinger clubs cater to premium guests, so exceptional personal manners are expected everywhere - and falling short almost guarantees immediate staff intervention and removal from the venue.

Before heading to the club, make sure to read both the house rules and the event description. Bring a photo ID with you and dress appropriately - sexy underneath and stylish on top.
